Rezevici Monastery

Rezevici Monastery, which is under the protection of UNESCO, is located 500 meters from Sunset Residence Apartments. Reževići Monastery is a monastery from the 13th century. The monastery church is dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. According to tradition, the second temple is dedicated to Saint Stephen. In the middle of the 16th century, both temples were looted and destroyed. In 1714, the monastery renovated both churches. It is rich in frescoes and iconostasis made in the Serbian-Byzantine style.

Saint Stefan

Not far away, only 2.5 km from Sunset Residence Apartments, is St. Stefan, perhaps the most famous attraction of Montenegro, also under the protection of UNESCO. Today, St. Stefan is connected to the mainland by a narrow isthmus. This island is the most luxurious resort in Montenegro and one of the most luxurious resorts on the Adriatic Sea. According to legend, on the island of Sveti Stefan, in later centuries the cultural and historical center of Paštrovići, a fortress was built in 1442, when it was inhabited by the first inhabitants.
